Me again...very much an egg in the pond...
Is there a particular / optimal size that my logo should be before i upload and insert it into Parallex?
I tried uploading an image for my logo and it ended up looking great in the opening / landing page - but then in all of my other pages it took over all of the top part of my site and pushed the content down.

For now, if you keep the logo to 250 pixels wide, you'll be ok.

i bought the parallax theme in the black friday package and the error still occurs. even if i resize my logo to 240 or 180 wide it still pushes the content down. any solution for this?

@dergeilstetyp - Did you upload one with a width of exactly 250px? I uploaded a logo of width 250px and height 100px, it works on the Home Page as well as all other pages/templates.
Please let me know.

Okay. That was the problem. Now it works fine with a logo of that size.
But I've got another question: is there a way to deactivate the included lightbox? I want to use a seperate lightbox plugin that is more versatile.
Moreover there is a problem with the RSS link at the top. On the index it works. But on all other pages the RSS-link is replaced with a link to exactly this page. You can check it here: http://www.stoerenfrie.de

@dergeilstetyp - I have isolated the problem with the RSS links and have successfully fixed it. You have two options:
1. You can download Parallax again via your My Accounts section on the eFrog Themes website, or
2. You can replace line 132 in header.php with the following line of code:
<div id="rss"><a href="<?php if (get_option('efrog_rss_feed') == "") { bloginfo('rss2_url'); } else { echo get_option('efrog_rss_feed' ); } ?>" class="tooltip" title="Get updates via RSS"></a></div>

@dergeilstetyp - Ah yes, of course. Parallax was built to include that functionality, so it's not an option we've offered for removal. That being said, you would be able to remove the lightbox by no longer referencing the associated jQuery files, but that is outside our support forum offerings - we are always happy to fix code that causes a fault with the theme but do not offer alterations to themes as part of support.
That being said, you would need to alter the header.php and associated .js files as well as remove all the CSS Class references throughout the theme.
