Hi,

Just bought your mojo theme.
Something seems very wrong, the upload logo area doesnt work, same with the favicon, clicking on save changes causes a never ending spinning circle, so I can't change anything in the theme options, so pretty much nothing works.

I have tried different browsers, deleting all plugins, deleting all posts, resetting wordpress, upgrading to the latest wordpress, deleting cookies, clearing cache, etc etc. All other themes work fine.

Can I have my money back pretty please?

Hi Jim...

Really sorry to hear that you're having problems. Let's see if we can get them sorted for you.

Even though you asked so nicely, we're sorry but we don't do refunds. It's spelt out pretty clearly in the Terms and Conditions, in paragraph 3.

So, lets get about sorting you out so you can enjoy your purchase. As we know for certain, that the issues you've described are NOT bugs in the code, since we test quite thoroughly for stuff like that, and since you've tried most of the external stuff that could be causing the problems, we're thinking you may have a corrupted download. Would you mind trying to download the theme again, please? Thanks.

Hi, yep i've tried to re-download it a couple of times. I have also tried it on a different server/wordpress.

It also always comes up with "a new version is available to download" but i've checked and double checked to make sure I have the latest..

On a side note, the little box that appears in the place where I should be able to upload a logo appears to be an iframe of the entire site...

I have done a complete reinstall of wordpress, deleted reinstalled the database, reset everything I can think of, still this is not working for me. Our company website has been down a week now because of me, Please get back to me.

Hey Jim...

We've set up many themes, so we understand your frustration, and we're really sorry you're having trouble... Just please try to understand our position as well. We don't have your server, we can't see what's happening.

Many people have bought Mojo and we've tested it up the yazoo. We're open to the fact that there might be bugs, but "pretty much nothing works" is definitely NOT how it ships.

The "New Version" issue is common where the test install is on a localhost testing rig, which doesn't actually have a real web DNS resolved IP address.

If you'd like to mail george@efrogthemes the FTP details and WP logins, we'll take a look and try and troubleshoot your setup. Would that help?

I must add here that I am experiencing the same problem after clicking "Save All". This wasn't always the case, as it just started happening this morning. Now I'm unable to save within the menu system itself. Pretty annoying too as I need to save my RSS feed, but unable to.

@technorefuse / @jimpendo - Let me get this right, you're saying that it's not possible to save the eFrog Options in the eFrog Options panel? So, you can't setup any of the custom items?

"This wasn't always the case, as it just started happening this morning" - Was this on the Mojo theme specifically?

I'd like to get down to the bottom of this..
