I purchased and installed the Daddy-O theme (version 1.0 on Wordpress 3.3). I'm not seeing some of the General Options for the eFrog theme (such as Buttons, Contact Details, Slider Settings) as shown in the documentation. I noticed an upgrade is available from within the theme page in Wordpress ("A new version of your theme is available for you to download here.") but it doesn't download or do anything. Is there anyway to get the latest theme without having to go through that link? I wouldn't mind if I was able to get to the Buttons and Slider Settings at least, but there is little I can do right now. Help would be much appreciated!

Hi rivithed,
I noticed such a problem just yesterday and uploaded a new version of the Daddy O theme. If you visit http://www.efrogthemes.com, log into your account by clicking on My Account and then clicking on "Review your purchase history" (link: http://www.efrogthemes.com/account/purchase_history), you'll see a list of your purchases. Please download a copy of Daddy O from there and replace the current version you have, this will unlock those additional features you're interested in.
I will also process an email to you with the latest version in case you bought the BlackFriday bundle, this will then save you downloading the entire thing again.
My apologies for the inconvenience.

Thanks Guru Frog! The options are now showing up but there are a couple of different issues now:
- Color theme is not changing (buttons): I select one of the other colors (trying to use light-green for this site) and it stays on the default light-blue.
- Logo is not appearing: tried selecting and uploading my own png for the logo and it isn't appearing.
- Featured posts images on homepage slider are not appearing: I created a page and used the ID as the instructions indicated. The text appears, but the featured image does not. The featured image is in my library and I set it as a featured image in the page itself. It appears on the page post as well. Just not showing up in featured content area on homepage.
Also noticed that the page I set for the slider content and its child page appear on the top menu. The dropdown menu is appearing broken up/misaligned. Is there a way I can just not make this page appear as a menu item since it is for the featured content area? Even if I can't do that, I just want to make sure the dropdown doesn't look misaligned.
Thank you for your attention and help with this!

This is the image URL that is inserted by selecting the image using the set Featured Image option:

Noticed the slider isn't alternating between content designated for it. I have two items assigned to it, and only one is showing. Clicking on the buttons doesn't do anything either. Are these problems possibly happening because the main URL isn't linked up to the host yet? You can see the work in progress here: http://69.89.31.105/~earthsav/
Also, the homepage bottom featured content area is not scrolling. You can see the scrollbar is at the left and there is additional content in the window, but you can't scroll through.

@rivithed - I have just sent you an email with version 1.2 of Daddy O, what I'd like you to do is replace the current theme with this one and please also note that previous settings in your wp_options table will more than likely need to be removed to ensure that any new settings are taken into account. I specifically tested the featured images and such, and can confidently say that they are working - if you continue having problems, my advice would be to ensure that your hosting environment is comfortable with TimThumb (http://www.darrenhoyt.com/2008/04/02/timthumb-php-script-released/) as this technology is required for the automatic resizing of images.
Please keep us updated as to how this install goes.

Thanks Guru Frog. I went ahead and cleared out all the efrog options from the wp_options table and re-installed the theme. Now, I notice that it still says version 1.1 in the theme settings page (but the folder you sent me and that I installed was the one labeled version 1.2). The theme color options are now working, so that is great. Here is what I am still having problems with:
First homepage slider - I assigned two pieces of content. Only one is showing up. The arrows don't switch between the two content pieces I assigned (and I have set the parent page ID as indicated and assigned the two other pages to appear as child pages to it).
Second homepage slider - Same problem as the first slider: Assigned at least 2 content pieces and it is not switching. Also, the scrollbar on the right content box isn't working.
Those are the only two issues I have left which I need to resolve to be able to use this theme. Thank you for your help with this matter!

Here is a link to the site so you can see what I mean with the featured content areas:

Fantastic, progress has been made!
On our demo (http://demo.efrogthemes.com/daddy-o/), we have a parent page called, "Why Daddy O", which is just a normal page, but this page has 3 children pages, "Featured Content","Attention to detail" and "Featured content" - These are the three pages that you'll see scrolling with the arrow buttons.
I see that your images aren't showing though, and my guess is that TimThumb isn't working on your server, although I'm also wondering if jQuery is conflicting, you haven't installed any other plugins have you?

Yes, I set a regular page up and then did a couple of other pages as children to that parent page. Only the first one comes up (I noticed it is ordering alphabetically and also ignoring the ordering page attribute). Can't figure out why it is not working. I do have Wordpress 3.3 installed.
As for the images, I am still trying to figure out what is going on with the TimThumb. I only have 3 plugins, one that is active (Event Calendar). Been trying to get the TimThumb to work...

Ok, I did a fresh install of everything, including Wordpress - that took care of the homepage featured content area working and the second bottom featured area content working. But, what I found that the Event Calendar was indeed causing a conflict with the homepage content working.
For the images, I noticed the path that TimThumb was writing out. Looks like it doesn't work with the temporary page setup. I think it will work fine once I set it up with the actual URL. The temporary one adds "~earthsav", which TimThumb doesn't write. So it should work when live.
Thanks again for your attention to this and help in getting the buttons and other theme options going! Appreciate it very much!

@rivithed - My pleasure, please keep me posted as you move forwards especially if the images don't work on a live website!
