   Thought I would make a new topic...see this for my previous issues: http://forum.efrogthemes.com/topic/black-friday-package

   (Using Daddy-O, but probably the same for all of the themes)
   I re downloaded the themes and all was working well...the docs were there...but that just made me realize exactly how many of the options are missing.

   In the eFrog Options Panel, here is what I have:
   -General
   --RSS
   --Favicon
   --Credits
   --Custom Logo
   --Admin Bar

   -Design
   --Stylesheet

   -Social
   --Social Profiles
   --Flickr Feed

   -Seo
   --Seo Status
   --Submit
   --Plugins

   -Trackers
   --Tracking Codes

   Support
   --Faq etc. etc.

   Above the Daddy O and next to the eFrog logo, it says "Notice: A new version of your theme is available for you to download here." But when I click download here, it just reloads the page.

   Looking at the docs, here is what I believe I am missing:
   Buttons
   Contact Details
   Slider Settings
   Include Categories
   Home Page
   Posts and Pages

   I would appreciate any help on this.

   Hi gogiro,

   If you're working on a theme on your localhost, then you will see that message about a new theme being available, George mentioned this in a previous response.

   Secondly, with regards to the options you're looking for - I have just downloaded a copy of Daddy O from the website, same link you used and deployed it on my localhost, all the options are available including the slider settings, 2 button options and so forth.

   My suggestion here would be to deploy the website on a live server and see if you get the same problem .. this is the first time we've come across this problem and have sold a number of copies of Daddy O without any problems. That being said, I would like to assist you, but it certainly sounds like a problem that is exclusive to your use.

   The site is running on rackspace...haven't had it on localhost at all. These screenshots are from a brand new install, no plugins or anything added.

   Hi @gogiro - Apologies for the late response, the festive season has presented us with a lot of requests for eFrog related matters and juggling the load is proving to be somewhat overwhelming.

   I have emailed you a copy of Daddy-O that I would very much appreciate you to install and let me know if you can see the additional options in the eFrog Options Panel. At this point I'm not completely certain why you can't see the options, but I feel that this version will assist you in achieving what you require.

   Thanks for the update. I can see the extra options now but I still have some problems.

   1. The updated file does not come with docs (Not really a problem to me, but I thought I would let you know)
   2. Filling out the Contact Form in the site footer:
   I filled out the form and sent it off...everything working okay.
   I refreshed the page to do another test and the question (6+0) bottom question form has disappeared, meaning that I cannot send another submission.
   I am not using cache etc.

   Hi gogiro,

   I've tried to replicate this problem doing the following steps:

   1. Load the website
   2. Fill out the form
   3. Submit the form
   4. See the thank you message
   5. Refresh the website
   6. Complete the form
   7. Submit the form
   8. See the thank you message

   At no point did I not see the math sum. With regards to cache - every browser using a caching technique, so it could still be caching. We're going to have to try and get a little more specific here - what browser are you actually using?

   PS. Thank you for the heads up on the docs.

   @gogiro - I can't replicate this problem, I've tried in Chrome on Windows and Mac, neither time was there an issue when following the 8 points I mentioned above. Is there anything else that you can tell me perhaps?
